And when you write sometimes ... You ask a question then answer it. And you just say something and then say the same thing but in different words. And sometimes there are different people speaking the whole time (but some people hardly notice it) You can have someone speaking then have someone else reply. And there are just different people speaking all the time. In Psalm two the King, God, the poet and just an ordinary person are speaking.
